A Month of Giving

Throughout May, Trickle Net customers will have the opportunity to contribute to this significant cause, with 5% of all sales from Trickle Net’s range of slow feeding products being donated to World Horse Welfare. Every purchase from our website will directly support the charity’s efforts to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome horses in need, as well as their work in advocacy for better equine welfare standards worldwide.

World Horse Welfare's Commitment to Laminitis Education World Horse Welfare is at the forefront of educating horse owners and enthusiasts about the dangers of laminitis. Through comprehensive campaigns and an online lecture series, they provide valuable information on the causes, prevention, and management of laminitis, emphasising the importance of proper nutrition, weight management, and regular veterinary check-ups. Ellen continues: “May is a significant month for Trickle Net as every year we see a peak in sales. Sadly we can attribute this peak to a correlating annual spike in laminitis diagnosis. We strive to do all we can in educating horse owners. We are committed to supporting the efforts of World Horse Welfare to continue to raise awareness surrounding this painful disease and to help horse and pony owners to understand how to keep their much loved animals healthy and free of the devastating consequences of laminitis.”
